I’m Katie Breard—mom of three, certified fitness and nutrition coach, and founder of Methods by Katie Breard.

I get it. The mental load, the unpredictable schedule, the challenge of doing one thing for yourself without a child literally attached to your leg. I’ve been there—and I still am. That’s why I created this program: not just to help moms get strong, but to make fitness actually doable in the middle of mom life.

But after a complicated pregnancy, traumatic birth, and months in the NICU with my first son, I realized how completely overlooked moms are when it comes to rebuilding strength and taking care of themselves.

So I left my job, went back to school, and built a business around helping women just like me—

moms who want to feel good in their bodies again, but need a plan that fits between school drop-off, meetings, and a half-eaten snack on the floor.

FAQs

  • If we work together 1:1 I make programs based on whats realistic for the time you have. Many moms I work with can only do 3 or 4 10-15 minute workouts a week and see results. If we are working together 1:1 small tweaks in nutrition (which i help with to make realistic!) go a long way!

  • I always suggest you focus first on strength training, as that will give you the biggest bang for your buck, but i do incorporate suggested cardio and cardio classes into your programming! (no more hours of spin class though!)

  • With my 1:1 coaching option you will have full nutrition guidance, calculated macros, and easy recipes based on how you like to eat! For the on demand option you will have some general nutrition lessons.

  • Yes! Most women I train workout from home. Some women workout from the gym and request specific gym workouts (available only for 1:1 coaching)

  • No. I wish it was! I have however partnered with TrueMed to offer HSA/FSA reimbursement for qualified clients.

  • I’m a true believer that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand for best results, and its hard to have one without the other. That being said the nutrition suggestions can be as big or small as you would like them.. After two months of working together if you still strongly would not nutrition support you have the option to drop down.
