Group Workouts | Charleston, SC + Mount Pleasant
Interested in private, semi-private, and group sessions in person?
If you’re located in Mount Pleasant, I offer three ways to train with me: Personal Training, Semi-Private Training, and Group Fitness Classes. Sessions take place outdoors or in my studio space in Hamlin Plantation, North Mount Pleasant.
1:1 Personal Training
Meet with me weekly or bi-weekly for fully customized 45-minute strength training sessions tailored to your goals, season of life, and needs. Spots are limited, and personal training clients truly become part of my fitness family.
Commitment: 3-month minimum; sessions offered 1–2x per week.
Open for both women and men.
Specializations for women include TTC, Pregnancy, Postpartum, C-Section Recovery, and Menopause Strength Training.
Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training offers the same customized 45-minute strength training sessions, but is designed for two clients training together. It’s a great option if you want all the benefits of personal training at a lower per-person price point while sharing the energy (and accountability!) of a partner.
Commitment: 3-month minimum; sessions offered weekly or bi-weekly.
Each semi-private group is responsible for handling cancellations and filling spots according to my 48-hour cancellation policy.
Open for both women and men.
Specializations for women include TTC, Pregnancy, Postpartum, C-Section Recovery, and Menopause Strength Training.
Note: I can help you find a partner for this, but this option works best if you know of a partner with similar availability, level of training, and goals.
Group Fitness Classes
Join me for 45-minute group strength and conditioning classes designed to be fun, effective, and community-driven. Classes incorporate weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises for a full-body workout.
Open for both women and men.

About Katie Breard
The inside scoop
Katie Breard is a certified fitness and nutrition coach who specializes in helping women feel strong through the major transitions of motherhood—from pregnancy to postpartum to perimenopause. She created Methods by Katie Breard, to meet busy women where they are, with realistic training plans, personalized macro coaching, and no-BS support.
After training through IVF, two high-risk pregnancies, and two C-sections, Katie realized just how much support women need—not just in early motherhood, but especially as they enter perimenopause and menopause. Her programs are built around real-life demands and have helped thousands of women regain strength, confidence, and energy—without the pressure to “bounce back.”
Whether she’s helping a mom heal from a C-section or just sneak in a 20-minute workout between pickups, Katie’s approach is rooted in science, compassion, and sustainability—

Absolutely! I love working with women to train through their pregnancy! Working with me during pregnancy helps in supporting a healthy pregnancy, can relieve general pregnancy aches and pains, can support slow healthy weight gain, and aid in an easier delivery/ postpartum experience.

Absolutely. I hold many specializations in postpartum fitness and nutrition. I also hold certifications in c-section recovery, diastasis recti repair, and postpartum weight loss. Even if you have no specific postpartum injury or concern, but want a specialized trainer who understands this unique period of life you are in the right place.

Yes! C-sections require specific workout guidance and I can 100% help. I am also a 2x c-section mama myself.

Yes- I offer training that will challenge you, but wont spike cortisol levels. I can offer hands-on strength training assistance that will greatly support perimenopause and beyond.

I offer both small group sessions (2 to 4 clients at a time) and 1:1 sessions.
