Charleston Pop-up classes with Methods By Katie Breard x The Bunny Hive

Hi There,

Starting April 17th, I'm hosting a small pop-up workout series at The Bunny Hive in the Old Village — and I'd love to see you there.

What: A 45-minute strength session built around deep core work. Full body, all levels, and yes — get ready for the burn. So far the group is a mix of brand new moms to women in perimenopause, so if you've been looking for a class that actually meets you where you are, this is it.

Where: The Bunny Hive, Pitt St, Mount Pleasant

When: Fridays, 1–1:45pm (April 17 – May 8)

Childcare: Bring the kids — $5 add-on

Who it's for: Anyone who wants a great workout and wants to build real core strength. The class caps at 10 people, so expect a lot of personalized attention. Pregnant? Just reply before you sign up so we can connect first.
