Yes. The Microdose Method is built to meet you where you are. Each workout comes with form cues, and if you're new to strength training, the focus in the early weeks is on control over load, not lifting heavy. You'll build a solid foundation first, and everything progresses from there.

Yes. All you really need is a set of dumbbells or resistance bands. Heavier dumbbells or gym access are nice to have but not required, and each workout notes exactly what equipment it uses.

The program includes four strength workouts (all under 25 minutes) plus one cardio day and built-in rest. Most weeks, you're looking at about 60 to 90 minutes of strength training total, broken into short, manageable sessions.
