Hi, i’m katie!

I specialize in helping women feel strong through the major transitions of motherhood—from pregnancy to postpartum to perimenopause.

I created Method by Katie Breard, an online coaching platform designed to meet busy moms where they are, with realistic training plans, personalized macro coaching, and no-BS support.

After training through IVF, two high-risk pregnancies, and two C-sections, I experienced firsthand how much support women truly need—not just in the early days of motherhood, but especially as we move into perimenopause and menopause. That’s why my programs are built around real-life demands. They’ve helped thousands of women regain strength, confidence, and energy—without the pressure to “bounce back.”

Whether I’m helping a mom heal from a C-section or sneak in a 20-minute workout between pickups, my approach is rooted in science, compassion, and sustainability—not shame.
