How working out LESS got her MORE results

I want to introduce you to Katie.

Katie is actually a former fitness instructor and a successful nutrition coach herself — so she knows her stuff. But even the best coaches need coaches. And this past winter, she came to me feeling frustrated.

She was a busy working mom of two, putting in a ton of effort, but her body felt completely stalled. A lot of the workouts she was doing were leaving her looking and feeling bulky and inflamed — not strong and lean the way she wanted.

So we shifted her approach.

We brought the intensity DOWN and focused on more strategic programming she could do from home. Less sprinting on the treadmill until drenched in sweat, less super heavy lifting, less random high-intensity sessions. More smart strength training, more sustainable workouts, more consistency.

We also spent focused time on deep core strengthening and engagement. As a petite woman who delivered big babies, her core needed some extra attention — and it paid off.

The result? Katie has leaned out all over, rebuilt her core strength, and feels incredible.

Proof that sometimes the key to better results is training smarter — not harder.

If Katie's story sounds familiar, I'd love to help you get there too.
