She Wanted to Feel Different This Time Around - Before Getting Pregnant Again

A client came to me recently with something I keep thinking about.

She didn't want to spend another pregnancy feeling exhausted and physically wrecked. After her first, she never fully got back to herself.

Not just her body, but her strength, her core, her energy. And before trying for baby number two, she wanted to actually feel prepared going in.

Not smaller. Not skinnier. Stronger.

She's a busy working mom in her 30s. Toddler, career, almost no margin in her day. So we didn't add more. We just made what she was already doing work better.

We focused on strength training, rebuilding her deep core, increasing her protein, and finding a movement routine she could realistically stick with. The biggest shift wasn't the programming itself. It was letting go of the all-or-nothing approach that had kept her stuck since having her first.

That's the thing nobody talks about. Most moms don't need harder workouts. They need consistency, structure, and a plan that actually fits their real life.

A few months in, she's leaner, stronger, more energized, and maybe most importantly, she feels ready.

I wish more women knew that preparing your body before pregnancy matters just as much as what you do during it.

That's a big part of what my coaching is built around: core strength, sustainable fat loss, hormone-friendly training, and programming that works for the season of life you're actually in. Not some idealized version of your schedule. The real one.

If you're in a similar place, whether you're preparing for pregnancy, recovering after, or just trying to feel like yourself again in a body that's been through a lot, that's exactly who I work with.
