She was terrified to work out after IVF

One of my clients spent years going through infertility treatments. When she finally got pregnant, she was overjoyed and immediately terrified to exercise.

Before IVF, fitness had always been a big part of her life. But after everything her body had been through to get to those two lines, every workout felt like a risk.

What if I hurt the baby? What if my heart rate gets too high? Should I just stop moving altogether?

If you're ready to stop guessing and start training in a way that's actually built for your body, I'd love to help. Fill out my interest form and we can talk about what working together might look like.

She's not alone in that fear. A lot of women assume pregnancy fitness means backing off completely and waiting it out for nine months. But the research is clear: smart, intentional movement during pregnancy supports your body, your core, your pelvic floor, your energy, your mood, and your recovery after birth.

So that's where we started. Not with intense workouts, but with strategic strength training, deep core support, breathing mechanics, mobility work, and lower-stress sessions that helped her feel safe in her body again.

A few months in, she told me she had finally stopped being afraid to move.

That's the goal. Not bouncing back. Not pushing through. Supporting your body through one of the most demanding seasons of your life.

If you're pregnant, trying to conceive, postpartum, or simply unsure what movement is actually safe for you right now, my coaching app was built for exactly this. A large majority of the pregnancy workouts were recorded by me during my own last pregnancy.
