The fitness advice that's actually slowing you down

For a long time, women were told that more cardio and less food was the answer. Grind through long workouts, cut calories, repeat.

And for a while, maybe it worked. But at some point, a lot of women hit a wall. The scale stops moving, energy tanks, and the approach that used to work just... doesn't anymore.

Here's why:

As women move through their 30s and beyond, hormones shift, muscle mass naturally decreases, and metabolism slows down. Doing more of the same — more cardio, fewer calories — often makes all of that worse, not better.

What actually moves the needle is simpler than most people think. Daily movement, specifically steps, is one of the most underrated fat loss tools there is.

2 lbs of fat is roughly 7,700 calories. Convert that into steps:

8,000 steps a day = 2 lbs gone in about 3 weeks 10,000 steps a day = roughly 2.5 weeks 15,000 steps a day = around 10 days

Without changing a single thing about what you're eating. Add in a small calorie deficit and strength training on top of that, and the whole process compounds.

Steps, strength training, and enough protein. That's the strategy that actually supports your metabolism and works with your hormones instead of against them.

If you're ready to stop restarting and build something that actually fits your life, my online coaching is a good place to begin.
